ASM Global is the world's largest venue management and live-event company, formed in October 2019 from the merger of AEG Facilities, AEG Ogden and SMG. It operates and invests in arenas, stadiums, convention and exhibition centers, theaters and performing arts venues across five continents, including Barclays Center, Caesars Superdome, AO Arena Manchester and Coca-Cola Arena Dubai. Legends Hospitality acquired ASM Global in August 2024 in a roughly $2.3 billion transaction, and in September 2025 the combined business rebranded as Legends Global, now spanning more than 450 venues and 165+ million guests annually.
