EoS Fitness is an American value-priced gym chain headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Originally founded in Phoenix, Arizona, it relocated its corporate support centre to Dallas in 2022 and operates more than 175 high-value, low-price clubs across Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Florida, Texas and Georgia. The chain surpassed 1.5 million members and has an expansion plan targeting roughly 250 gyms by 2030. In July 2025 EoS Fitness was acquired by San Francisco private-equity firm TSG Consumer Partners.
