BDO USA is a US accounting and advisory firm providing assurance, tax and advisory services, and is the US member of the international BDO network. Founded in 1910 in New York as Seidman & Seidman and headquartered in Chicago, it has more than 14,000 professionals in over 85 offices and reported fiscal 2025 revenue of about $3.0 billion. It has been employee-owned through an ESOP since 2023, and Matthew Becker became CEO on 1 July 2026, succeeding Wayne Berson.
