BGIS is a global technical integrated facility management company headquartered in Markham, Ontario, providing facility management, project delivery, energy and data-center commissioning and real estate services to public and private sector clients. Founded in 1992 as a Brookfield and Johnson Controls joint venture, it has more than 12,000 employees and manages over 65,000 facilities in Canada, the US, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Veritas Capital agreed in July 2026 to acquire it from CCMP and AIMCo.
