Greenwood Village South is a nonprofit Life Plan (continuing care retirement) community on a 63-acre campus in Greenwood, Indiana, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. It opened in 1962 as a retirement home of the Indiana Retired Teachers Association and has been managed by Life Care Services (LCS) since 1981; a $100 million expansion broke ground in 2024.
