Northwell Health is a nonprofit integrated health system and New York State's largest private employer and health care provider, headquartered in New Hyde Park, New York. It runs 28 hospitals and more than 1,000 outpatient facilities across the New York metro area, Long Island, the Hudson Valley and western Connecticut (after its 2025 merger with Nuvance Health), with about 108,000 employees. John D'Angelo, MD, has been president and CEO since October 1, 2025, succeeding Michael Dowling.
