SPC Construction is a FlatironDragados subsidiary formed in 2025 that combines Schiavone Construction, John P. Picone, and E.E. Cruz into one NY/NJ heavy-civil contractor. It focuses on tunnels, mass transit, bridges and highways, foundations, marine work, flood resilience, and water treatment for public clients, with NY office at 16-16 Whitestone Expressway, Whitestone, and reports 300+ professional staff plus 500+ skilled union workers. Joe Sheehan was named President on October 30, 2026.
