Somnigroup International Inc. is a global sleep and bedding company formed in February 2025 when Tempur Sealy International completed its ~$5 billion acquisition of Mattress Firm and renamed itself. Headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, Somnigroup develops, manufactures, markets and retails bedding products through decentralized business units including Tempur Sealy (Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Stearns & Foster), Mattress Firm in the U.S. and Dreams in the U.K. On a pro forma basis the combined business generated roughly $8 billion in annual sales.
