Startek is a global customer experience (CX) outsourcing company that runs contact-center, digital, multilingual and back-office support for brands in telecom, media, travel, retail, e-commerce and financial services. Founded in Greeley, Colorado in 1987 and combined with India's Aegis in 2018, it was taken private by funds managed by Capital Square Partners in January 2024 and is headquartered in Denver. It says it has more than 38,000 people in 13 countries.
