UGI Corporation is an American natural gas and electric power distribution and marketing company headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1882, it is the oldest public-utility holding company in the U.S., distributes natural gas, LPG, electricity and renewable energy, and owns AmeriGas, the largest propane marketer in the U.S. It employs about 10,000 people.
