Sonic Healthcare USA is the American arm of Sonic Healthcare Limited, one of the world's largest medical diagnostics companies. It operates a nationwide network of clinical laboratories, anatomic pathology practices and radiology services through nine operating divisions, including Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL), Sunrise Medical Laboratories, American Esoteric Laboratories, East Side Clinical Laboratory, ProPath and Aurora Diagnostics. The company employs roughly 8,000 people in the United States and follows a 'Medical Leadership' operating model in which pathologists and medical scientists lead the business. Its US headquarters moved from Austin to Dallas' Uptown district in 2025.
