MONTICELLOAM, LLC is a New York-based specialized multifamily and seniors housing lending platform, founded in 2014 by Alan Litt, Thomas Lally and Jonathan Litt. It provides bridge, mezzanine, working-capital and permanent loans to properties across the U.S., plus an advisory practice for workouts, restructuring and asset management in seniors housing. The firm is now building a data and engineering team in Tel Aviv.
