Oak is an Israeli cybersecurity company building an AI-native Identity Operating System — a unified control plane that governs and secures every identity across an organization, whether human, machine, or AI agent. Oak replaces the fragmented stack of legacy identity governance and security (IGA/IAM) tools with a single, continuously updated system designed for the AI era. Founded in December 2025 by serial cybersecurity entrepreneur Shai Morag (CEO) and Tal Marom (CPO), Oak emerged from stealth in July 2026 with $60M in seed funding co-led by Accel, Greylock Partners, and CRV. The company employs around 50 people across Tel Aviv and San Francisco.
