We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Product Manager to lead complex technology projects from requirements gathering through delivery. This role requires strong project ownership, excellent client-facing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment. 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Project Manager in a project-based technology/software company – required. Bachelor’s degree – required. Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management is an advantage; specialization in Information Systems is a strong advantage. Proven experience managing project timelines and budgets. Experience defining functional requirements and UX. Experience managing backlogs, tasks, and priorities. Experience working closely with software development and technology teams. Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage ongoing customer relationships. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, intensive environment while managing multiple projects, tasks, and priorities simultaneously – essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead multiple stakeholders. Strong spoken and written English, including the confidence to communicate directly with clients. Familiarity with AWS/cloud environments – an advantage. Experience working with Figma – an advantage. Willingness and flexibility to work additional hours when required
