is looking for a
Project Manager - Satellite Communications
to lead complex projects at the intersection of space, defense, RF, software, and systems engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead complex satellite ground station and C2 projects
Manage cross-functional teams across System Engineering, RF, software, IT, logistics, finance, and operations
Own project scope, budget, schedule, resources, milestones, and delivery
Work directly with defense and commercial customers in Israel and internationally
Lead technical and commercial discussions through contract signing
Plan ground station deployment, support equipment, and operational readiness
Coordinate closely with system engineers and development teams
Support resolution of complex system-level issues during operation
Minimum Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
3+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
3+ years of experience working directly with customers in Israel and abroad.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
Excellent system-level thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience managing budgets, resources, and demanding schedules.
Nice to Have:
Practical RF experience.
M.Sc. in Systems Engineering or MBA.
PMP or Project Management certification.
Experience of working in Aerospace industry.
