Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and driven
Technical Project Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end technological projects within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and execution to final delivery and monitoring.
Planning & Execution:
Build and manage Gantt charts, project timelines, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as the central sync point between internal R&D teams (Hardware & Software) and external vendors.
Technical Specs:
Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development teams.
On-Site Deployment:
Lead system deployments at client sites across the country, including hands-on user training and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
Must-Have:
Proven Development Background:
Prior experience in hardware development is mandatory.
Education:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience:
3–6 years of experience in Project Management within a technological or multi-disciplinary environment.
Language Skills:
Native-level Hebrew and high-proficiency English (written and verbal).
Mobility:
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites throughout Israel.
Advantages:
