Red Team Specialist
and take part in advanced offensive security engagements, simulating real-world cyber threats to strengthen enterprise resilience.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead end-to-end Red Team engagements across internal and external environments.
Conduct adversary emulation based on real-world threat actor TTPs (Tactics, Techniques & Procedures).
Perform advanced penetration testing on enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and applications.
Assess the effectiveness of EDR/XDR solutions and security detection capabilities.
Execute post-exploitation activities, lateral movement, and privilege escalation as part of sophisticated attack simulations.
Collaborate closely with SOC, Incident Response (IR), and Blue Team teams to continuously improve detection and response capabilities.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in
Offensive Security
.
Proven experience conducting Red Team operations in complex enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in
Active Directory
attacks and identity-based attack techniques.
Hands-on experience with
Windows
and
Linux
environments.
Experience working with
Microsoft Azure
and
Microsoft Entra ID
.
Proficiency in
PowerShell
and
Python
for automation and tooling.
In-depth knowledge of the
MITRE ATT&CK
framework.
