Estia Health is one of Australia's largest residential aged care operators, running 93 homes for about 9,250 residents across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, with more than 14,000 employees. Headquartered in Sydney, it was taken private by Bain Capital in December 2023, which agreed in May 2026 to sell it to a Stonepeak-led consortium.
