MJHS Health System is a New York not-for-profit provider of home care, hospice and palliative care, Medicare/Medicaid health plans (Elderplan/HomeFirst), and two large skilled nursing and rehab centers (Menorah in Brooklyn and Isabella in Washington Heights). Founded in 1907 and led by President and CEO David Wagner, it serves at-risk New Yorkers across the greater NYC area.
