Mintive (formerly MintMCP) builds infrastructure for running AI agents safely in the enterprise: an MCP gateway that governs agents' access to company tools and data, an LLM gateway to control models, and tooling to deploy agents with their own identity, permissions and audit trails. Founded in 2023 in the San Francisco Bay Area by former Google Brain and Coursera engineers led by CEO Jiquan Ngiam, it counts customers such as Coursera, Braze and Arlo and is backed by Coatue and angels including Andrej Karpathy and Jeff Dean.
