SolutionHealth is a non-profit regional health system in southern New Hampshire, formed in 2018 by Elliot Health System (Manchester) and Southern New Hampshire Health (Nashua), with Home Health & Hospice Care joining in 2022. Its shared Workday board recruits for the member hospitals, clinics and home-care services; since July 2025 the members have proposed unwinding the combination, a move still under review by the New Hampshire Department of Justice.
