DSV A/S is a Danish transport and logistics company headquartered in Hedehusene, near Copenhagen. Founded in 1976 by Leif Tullberg and nine independent Danish hauliers, it grew mainly through acquisitions including DFDS Dan Transport, Frans Maas, ABX Logistics, UTi Worldwide, Panalpina, Agility GIL and, in April 2025, DB Schenker. It operates through three divisions (Air & Sea, Road, and Contract Logistics) with an asset-light model, and following the Schenker acquisition it is the world's largest freight forwarder, present in more than 80 countries. DSV Israel has operated locally for over 70 years with around 14 branches and logistics centres nationwide.
