Ontex Group NV is a Belgian international developer and producer of personal hygiene products across three categories: baby care (diapers, pants, wipes), feminine care (pads, liners, tampons) and adult care (incontinence pants, diapers, pads and bed protection). Founded in 1979 in Buggenhout as a supplier of textile underpads to Belgian hospitals and care homes, it today supplies retailer/private-label brands and healthcare providers alongside its own brands such as iD, Lille Healthcare, Serenity, Moltex, Helen Harper and Baby Charm. Ontex has been listed on Euronext Brussels since June 2014 and reported 2025 revenue of about EUR 1.76 billion. Following the 2024-2025 divestment of its Emerging Markets businesses and a 2026 strategic review, the group is refocused on Europe and North America, with adult care in Europe as its main growth pillar.
