Dentons is the world's largest law firm by headcount, with offices in more than 80 countries. It was created in March 2013 through the combination of SNR Denton, Fraser Milner Casgrain and Salans, and has since grown through further combinations across Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe. Dentons operates a polycentric, Swiss-verein structure with no single global headquarters; its largest offices are in London and New York. The firm advises on corporate and M&A, banking and finance, litigation and dispute resolution, energy, real estate, technology and regulatory matters.
