As a Senior Business Process Analyst , you will identify business needs, define requirements, evaluate solutions, and translate business and regulatory needs into detailed functional specifications while driving initiatives across multiple stakeholders. What You'll Do: Analyze and design complex end-to-end business processes Identify and understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and detailed functional specifications Analyze business and regulatory requirements from the initial concept and requirements stage Lead professional initiatives, define work processes, identify improvement opportunities, and evaluate alternative solutions Assess technological solutions in alignment with business requirements Work closely with business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives from requirements through implementation Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle Develop procedures and working guidelines to support business users Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in end-to-end business process analysis, requirements definition, and writing detailed functional specifications – Must Academic degree – Must Strong experience identifying business needs and translating them into functional requirements – Must Proven ability to independently lead processes and drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders – Must Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and evaluating alternative solutions – Must Experience with regulatory requirements and regulatory implementation – Advantage Previous experience in banking, financial services, or FinTech – Significant advantage Experience working closely with both business and technology stakeholders – Advantage Strong analytical and strategic thinking, initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
