Our mission is to make data **easily accessible, reliable, and actionable** for stakeholders across the company. As part of the Game Development team, you’ll contribute to the backend data ecosystem, working with data from a wide range of sources while ensuring **quality, accuracy, performance, and reliability** in production.
We’re looking for a **QA & Data Quality Engineer** to join our Data Technologies Group. In this role, you’ll help ensure our data products meet the highest quality standards.
**What you will be doing:**
• Test and approve **ETL processes and database (DB) scripts** to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Build **testing scripts, simulations, and automation** based on design and technical documentation.
• Develop and execute **data quality tests** to validate data integrity and consistency across the data pipeline.
• Apply **BDD methodologies**, including creating STD documents and feature files.
• Troubleshoot identified development issues and perform **root cause analysis** to identify and resolve data and application defects.
• Read, analyze, and translate **product and development documentation** into effective test scenarios and validation processes.
• Work closely with development and data teams to identify issues and continuously improve data quality and testing processes.
• Support task delivery and maintenance in the **production environment**.
