**abra professional services is seeking an experienced Field Service & Technical Support Engineer** to provide hands-on technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced multidisciplinary systems combining mechanical, electrical, electronic, and control technologies.
This is a full-time position located in central Israel.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Install, operate, and maintain advanced technical systems at customer sites in Israel and abroad.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic system issues.
• Perform system testing, calibration, and commissioning.
• Provide on-site and real-time technical support to customers.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Train customers and maintenance personnel on system operation and maintenance.
• Support system installations, maintenance activities, and upgrades.
• Travel within Israel and internationally according to project requirements.
