We're looking for a **Motion Designer & Video Editor** to join our in-house Studio team. You'll create high-quality AI-powered video content from concept to final delivery, combining AI video generation, storytelling, motion design, and video editing to bring our brands to life across marketing, product, social media, and educational content. You'll work closely with Brand, Marketing, HR, and Product teams while continuously exploring new AI capabilities to improve creative quality, speed, and production workflows.
**Responsibilities: **
• Leverage modern **AI tools throughout the creative process- **from ideation and scripting to asset creation, AI-generated video production, prompt engineering, and workflow optimization.
• Own the end-to-end creation of **motion graphics and video content** for marketing campaigns, social media, product videos, educational content, and events.
• Create **high-quality animations, branded motion packages, logo animations**, and engaging visual stories while maintaining consistency across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to **develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards**, and compelling visual narratives.
• Edit and adapt **video content for multiple platforms and formats**, with strong attention to pacing, rhythm, detail, and cinematic storytelling.
• Work confidently with Adobe After Effects, including customizing complex templates, nested compositions, expressions, and premium motion assets, as well as sourcing and selecting high-quality templates that best fit creative and production needs.
