A leading financial services company is looking for a Lawyer to join its Trust Department , providing legal and professional support to Israeli and international companies in the areas of trust services and employee equity compensation plans , with a focus on Section 102 of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance . What You'll Do: Provide ongoing legal support to private and public companies regarding employee stock option and equity compensation plans . Advise clients and internal teams on legal, tax, and trust-related matters. Provide legal and trust support for share purchase transactions . Review tax rulings and tax arrangements and provide guidance on their implementation. Draft, review, and edit legal agreements, allocation documents, and related documentation. Work directly with the Israel Tax Authority , including preparing and submitting required documents. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders in Israel and abroad. Requirements: LL.B. degree and Israeli Bar license - Must Up to 1 year of experience as a lawyer in commercial law, taxation, or the financial sector; candidates following their legal internship may also be considered - Must High-level English , including reading, writing, and speaking - Must Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English. Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office . Strong ability to understand complex legal and tax-related matters. Detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
