The Inventory Coordinator owns the accuracy and integrity of the site's inventory records, including primary ownership of the cycle counting program, verifying on-hand quantities, researching and resolving variances, and maintaining the transactional discipline needed to support an active data center construction program where material availability directly affects schedule. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Coordinator performs count and record-control functions separately from the warehouse team's receiving, staging, put-away, and issuing activities; this segregation of duties supports internal control and audit requirements and gives project, maintenance, procurement, and finance stakeholders reliable inventory data for purchasing, staging, and installation decisions.
