You will acquire deep knowledge of the product, support its implementation and operational rollout, understand customer needs and challenges, run and document system-level testing, and translate findings into clear information that our technical teams can act on.A significant part of the role is customer-facing, so we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a confident professional presence, and the ability to explain and present complex technical systems and findings clearly to technical and non-technical professionals, management, and internal teams.Work Model: Full-time position requiring regular on-site presence at the customer’s facility in the Shfela areaSkills and Experience: Experience in Professional services/Technical Support/SOC or other related roles (military experience is welcome!) Understanding of general cybersecurity and networking principlesHands-on experience operating complex multi-module systems, command and control, or similar complex operational systems Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate to diverse audiences, delivering the message in a manner that is concise and professional in both Hebrew and EnglishStrong documentation skills and the ability to produce clear, structured, and practical technical contentA proactive approach.
