OurCrowd is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive **Portfolio Management Analyst** to join our Portfolio Management team on a temporary basis (6–8 months) as maternity leave cover. In this role, you'll provide hands-on operational and analytical support to the team. You'll keep portfolio data, reporting, and internal processes running smoothly across a diverse portfolio of innovative startups, with a focus on MedTech. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to venture capital and portfolio management from the inside.
This is a hybrid role, requiring **three days in the office**,** one day per week in our Jerusalem office and one day per week in our Tel Aviv office, and the third is flexible**; therefore, the position is posted in both locations.
The contract would go from **January 1, 2027 until September 30, 2027**, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
