**Elsight is looking for a Director of Business Development t**o own the **Israel Defense Market** and grow our business across the IDF, the Ministry of Defense, and Israel’s leading defense companies. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex B2B sales environments, understands defense procurement, and brings both strategic thinking and relentless execution. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and building pipeline, to closing large, multi-stakeholder deals. You’ll operate as the **CEO of your territory**, bringing structure, energy, and accountability as you build long-term partnerships and deliver results.

**You will…**
• Build and execute a **regional sales strategy** with a primary focus on the Israeli defense sector by expanding existing accounts and unlocking new verticals. In parallel, build and lead Elsight’s presence across key APAC countries.
• **Develop and manage strategic relationships with defense integrators**, government bodies, drone manufacturers, and local partners.
• **Respond to tenders and RFPs and work closely with BD and technical teams to prepare proposals.**
• **Manage the end-to-end sales cycle**, including onboarding, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• **Represent Elsight at global trade shows, conferences, and defense industry forums.**
• **Report on pipeline, forecast, and regional trends.**
